Terms & Conditions

All orders are placed via WhatsApp, phone call, or through our website. Once we confirm your order, we will prepare it for the agreed pickup or delivery time. Prices are listed on our menu and spice price list and may change without notice.

We accept cash on collection or delivery. For bulk and catering orders, EFT can be arranged — banking details will be provided when you order. EFT payments must clear before collection or delivery.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled free of charge if we have not yet started cooking. Once preparation has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

All food is cooked fresh to order. We handle common allergens (gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts) in our kitchen. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please inform us when ordering. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.

Delivery is available within our service area for an additional fee based on distance. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or weather. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

AmaPelepele spices are sold in 100g and 1kg packs. Prices are listed on our spice price list. Wholesale pricing is available for bulk orders — contact us on 079 442 3181 for a quote. Spice orders are non-returnable once opened.

For catering enquiries, please contact us with your date, headcount and menu preferences. A 50% deposit may be required for large catering orders. The balance is payable on collection or delivery.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within the same day. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
